Arrival

Guests can check in from 4pm, with an option for an earlier check-in at 2pm for a fee at the time of booking

Departure

Checkout is by 10am, with a possibility to extend until midday for a charge, made at the time of booking.

Room Occupancy

The room occupancy is strictly enforced, and no additional guests are allowed beyond the number booked.

House Rules

The lead guest must be at least 21 years old, and identification is required upon arrival. Parties and gatherings are prohibited, and quiet hours must be respected. The establishment reserves the right to charge for any damages or missing items, and smoking is strictly forbidden within the apartments and building. The use of electric scooters, rollerblades, or skateboards is not allowed inside, except for disability scooters. Lastly, card details may be stored for future transactions or to cover any damages incurred during the stay.
